The storm will pass from the Dakotas to Minneapolis on Friday into Saturday before petering out long before causing major problems for the Northeast; temperatures in the South and Central portions of the nation will begin to rise once more as the chance of storms begins to rise once more in the Deep South across areas largely affected by storms in the first weeks of the March.
