With the remnants of Winter Storm Inga finally making their way out of the East Coast a warming shot of air is expected to make its way across the Central Plains across to the East Coast with milder air thawing the last of snow and ice in most Eastern regions.
The weekend will bring with it a sudden change to temperatures as much as 60 degrees higher for most regions from the Central Plains and Midwest through to the East Coast as a band of high pressure makes its way into the Atlantic along the Carolina Coast instead of regions further to the North.
