On May Day NYC police investigated a number of white powder incidents at NY City Hall and mail rooms at Manhattan banks.  Messages in the envelopes included, "This is a reminder that you are not in control"

Police scrambled around NYC forcing the nation's 4th biggest bank to shut down branches as it investigated a number of incidents of suspicious white powder late Monday.
