Americans Pull Money Out of Banks: Move to Credit Unions

NewsEmergency.com Critical News, Weather & Alerts

Turmoil in the banking system and Wall Street have many smart depositors closing bank accounts and moving to their local credit union.

Credit Unions offer superior service to individual customers. Commercial banks cater to the business and the wealthy.

Credit Unions offer lower interest rates on loans.

Credit Union accounts have fewer conditions attached to them like no minimum balances.

Fees are lower than banks for checking and all account types.

Credit Unions offer more privacy than commercial banks and are run by local boards made of members of the credit union itself and not bankers and Wall Street investment interests.
