Lows 2 to 7 above inland to around 10 above at the shore. Inland...west winds 10 to 15 mph becoming north overnight. Near the shore...west winds 10 to 20 mph becoming north 20 to 25 mph overnight. Chance of snow 70 percent. Lowest wind chill readings to 15 below zero overnight.

Friday...Much colder. Patchy blowing snow in the morning. Snow showers likely in the morning...then a chance of snow showers in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy. Highs 9 to 14 above.
