* WINDS.EAST TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH. STRONGEST GUSTS
ACROSS LEEWARD SECTIONS.
* TIMING.WINDS WILL BEGIN TO DIMINISH TONIGHT.
* IMPACTS.WINDS THIS STRONG CAN BRING DOWN TREE BRANCHES AND
MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT.ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
